WHEREAS the San Andreas Statute of Limitations (linked below in Section V. "Evidence") limits the prosecution of the aforementioned charges to 30 days
The Defense claims that because approximately 280 days have gone by since the alleged crimes were to have been committed, to when the warrant was signed and executed, that the Arrest Warrant is unlawful and therefore unenforceable.
The Defense respectfully requests the charges included in the Arrest Warrant be dropped and restitution be awarded for fines totaling in $1,100 as well as the 40 months of jail time already served.
