CIVIL CASES AGAINST LAW ENFORCEMENT
Plaintiff:
Christopher Williams (ughraffy)
Defendant:
- Mack Hunter, SAHP (xantijrr)
- Sam Escobar, SAHP (letsdobidness)
I. Statement of Claim
On May 29th, 2024, around 9pm GMT, the plaintiff, Christopher Williams, was involved in a bank robbery followed by a vehicle chase. The vehicle pursuit seemed not promising for my client, which is why him and his associate decided to perform a vehicle swap. Whilst running towards the swap vehicle, my client posed no serious threat to any civilian or officer, yet he was shot in the leg by officer Sam Escobar.
Despite the injury and pain, my client made it into the swap vehicle, and him and his associate evaded for another few minutes, before the swap vehicle eventually disabled. My client was well aware that he was defeated and surrendered himself with no further attempts to evade apprehension.
He stepped out of the damaged vehicle, and officer Mack Hunter placed him in cuffs, telling Mr. Williams to stand still. Not long after, the damaged vehicle not only caught on fire, but also blew up, seriously injuring my client who was still told to stand still and wait for Officer Hunter to perform his procedures, instead of moving Mr. Williams into a safe location.
The explosion resulted in my client passing out, and requiring both surgical and psychotherapeutical aid to overcome the bodily and mental harm caused by the officer's Civil Negligence.
II. Relief
- Reimbursement for Medical Fees, and the pain and suffering Mr. Williams had to endure
III. Representative
Kiwi Campbell (Lini__)
IV. Evidence
To be presented during Discovery Phase
V. Witnesses
- Damian Jackson (gadjinee)
- Kevin Maxwell (daddysnow.)
