I. Statement of Claim
On February 28th, at approximately 9:40 PM, Ms. Layla Coraline and her friend were driving eastbound on Olympic / Del Perro Freeway, heading towards Mirror Park. At that time, Officer Xander Killbourne, identified as SF-217, was driving a White Charger westbound on the wrong side of the freeway. Officer Killbourne negligently struck Ms. Coraline's vehicle head-on, causing significant damage and endangering the lives of Ms. Coraline and her passenger.
Following the initial collision, Officer Killbourne proceeded to ram Ms. Coraline's vehicle multiple times, exacerbating the damage and ultimately causing the vehicle to catch fire. Despite the grave danger posed to Ms. Coraline and her passenger, Officer Killbourne callously abandoned the scene without rendering any assistance or ensuring that medical help was provided to the injured parties.
It is alleged that Officer Xander Killbourne breached his lawful duties to serve and protect the citizens of Los Santos by engaging in reckless and negligent conduct, resulting in harm to Ms. Coraline. Officer Killbourne's actions constitute negligence, gross negligence, and a breach of duty owed to Ms. Coraline.
II. Relief
$40,000 in compensatory damages for pain and suffering endured by Ms. Layla Coraline as a result of the Defendant's actions.
$10,000 Attorneys fees
