CIVIL CASES AGAINST LAW ENFORCEMENT

Plaintiff:
Luis Siul - pizza_2829

Defendant:
MRPD

I. Statement of Claim
On March 31st, at approximately 10:35PM, Mr Luis Siul was driving his vehicle outside of the Lucky Plucker. On the ground there were some spikes which had been previously placed by the PD, and left in the road. No officers were in the area at the time of the incident. Mr Siul did not see these spikes and as a result he drove over them with his vehicle, causing the tires to pop and the vehicle to spin out, ultimately colliding into a metal post, and injuring Mr Siul.

The PD have breached their lawful duty of protecting and serving the citizens of Los Santos by being negligent, which lead to the damage and injury of Mr Siul and his property. The PD's actions constitute negligence and a breach of duty owed to Mr Siul.

II. Relief
$50,000 in compensatory damages for pain and suffering endured by Mr Siul and the damage to his vehicle, as a result of the MRPD's negligence.

$10,000 Attorneys fees
