CRIMINAL APPEAL

Defendant:
- Stony Bongboa (stonybongboa)

I. Statement of Claim
The defendant is appealing the charges on the grounds that at no point did the arresting officer, Street Frost, at no point had a clear line of vision of Mr BongBoa at any point possessing a Class 3/4 weapon due to the fact that he drove past in his cruiser multiple times, before stopping and detaining Mr BongBoa, claiming that he entered one of the apartments at the Hawick Avenue apartment complex, where he stashed the weapon.

Furthermore, the officers would at no point have been able to identify the fact that Mr BongBoa was in possession of a Class 2 Weapon or of contraband, as he at no point brandished a firearm, and was in the area of the Hawick Avenue apartment complex’s parking lot throughout the whole incident. Because both the possession charges were based off a search that was conducted without sufficient evidence that Mr BongBoa was the one who possessed the Class 3/4 Weapon, we are seeking that both these and the charge of Tampering with Evidence is removed.

Finally, one of the defence’s witnesses was the true holder of the Class 3/4 weapon, and is willing today to confess that they were the true holder, and that Mr BongBoa was wrongfully charged by Officer Frost. Mr Bongboa was in the process of getting a Record Seal as he was aspiring to own a business, and this has severely ruined his reputation as someone who is wanting to become legal, as well has affected his eligibility for a seal.
