@Kay does that work for you? If so, we can tentatively schedule for 3/30 if everyone is still available.

That would be 1am for me which is too late I'm afraid, especially since trials can go for 1-3 hours. I would be able to start at the latest 5pm EST as that would be 10pm for me.
 
Is there a chance to go earlier in the day?
 
Okay we’re scheduling this then. The trial is set for Saturday, March 30th at 1:00 pm EST. Please note that the discovery period is now open. Please provide any and all evidence that you’d like to use at trial including witness lists for both parties. This period will close on Friday, March 29th at 1:00 pm EST. After that point, evidence may not be admitted.

Please remember to submit any and all evidence before discovery closes. Discovery closes 24 hours before the trial. Any evidence submitted after that time may not be accepted into court unless there are extenuating circumstances that must be discussed with the presiding Judge as soon as possible.
