On 5/16/2024 officers arrested Elias Whitmore and charged him with Aggravated Assault and Battery (PP) x1, Kidnapping (PP) x1, and Possession of Class 3 Weapon x1. These charges come from an Arrest Warrant issued on 4/24/2024 claiming that, "Elias Whitmore posted an image of an officer who was kidnapped and injured and showed multiple class 3s in the picture."

My client believes his rights were violated and that he was wrongfully arrested and charged for crimes with no proof.
