First Degree Murder for the killing of Teddy Winters. Terrorism for selecting victims that would cause wide spread panic for social reasons with their large use of Twitter. Kidnapping (PP) for taking the governor and EMS on the day he was taken. Aggravated Assault & Battery (PP) for the attack on Ruby. Torture (PP) for what he did to Ruby before leaving her to die in the Oil Fields.

I have spoken with EMS and got the situation with the evaluation sorted. I would like to collect everyone's availability asap so we can get a hearing scheduled. So if I could get the availability of the attorneys for both sides as soon as possible that would be fantastic!
 
Sounds like we have a time and date set. I would like to have a meeting this week between the prosecution, defence and myself before this trial. It can be separate if needed. If you would like to send me an email with your availability I would appreciate it.

As Mr Sanders plead guilty on all charges, he was given two consecutive life sentences equalling to 60 years in prison and a fine of $500,000 to be pain within 30 days of his release. Additionally Mr Sanders will only be released into the public upon EMS recommendation after a psych evaluation. If he is not fit to be released after his 60 years then he will held on a 51-50 until such a time that he is deemed safe to be released. This docket will now be closed.
