CIVIL CASES AGAINST LAW ENFORCEMENT

Plaintiff:
Texter Milano [Texter#6639]

Defendant:
718- John Knight

I. Statement of Claim
  1. Texter Milano, the Plaintiff in this case, was a hostage during a bank robbery that took place on October 13th, 2023, at the Pinkcage Bank. Following the resolution of the robbery incident, Mr. Milano was detained by law enforcement officers, including Cadet John Knight, for questioning.
  2. During the course of what appeared to be a standard procedure conducted by the police with hostages, Cadet John Knight, the Defendant, confiscated $3,449 in cash from Mr. Milano. It is essential to note that this money was in the possession of Mr. Milano as a result of his legitimate business activities earlier in the day.
  3. On the day of the incident, Mr. Milano had been engaged in legal hunting activities and subsequently sold the game meat obtained from his hunt to a licensed meat factory. The $3,449 in cash represents the proceeds from the sale of his meat products, which he had earned lawfully.
  4. The Plaintiff, Texter Milano, asserts that the confiscation of his money by Officer 718 - John Knight was wrongful and unjust. This action has caused Mr. Milano significant financial harm and distress, as the confiscated funds were entirely unrelated to the bank robbery incident.
  5. In light of the circumstances described, the Plaintiff seeks the repayment of the $3,449 in cash that was taken from him by Officer John Knight, along with any applicable damages, costs, and attorney's fees as deemed just and appropriate by this honorable court.

II. Relief
$3,449 Dollars that was confiscated off of the Plaintiff.

III. Representative
