@Lini Yep I'm on this one. A plea deal has been negotiated between me and the DA's office and we are meeting with the defendant sometime in the near future.

Sadly the defendant has passed away so we must put this case to rest as well. @Lini

@Kay Still no response after a month. It is with a heavy heart that I withdraw this case.

@Lini The last couple cases we've done have had several instances of disruptions and safety threats from the audience. This impacts the focus and speediness of the trial. @Kay @jordyn would the DA's office co-sign this?

I would also like to motion for a closed trial if possible.

All good on my end for discovery @Lini @Kay . However, could we potentially push to 4pm CST? Or 2pm CST Sunday? Liberty thing came up. Totally understand if not possible though.
