My availability is Tomorrow (which is too soon) or most likely after the holidays. That's the problem with having a one man show here.

This is not a "class-action lawsuit" so another civil case can be filed for an additional Plaintiff. The state is good to proceed with discovery & scheduling. We also would like to schedule a Criminal Action case directly after the lawsuit, pending the outcome of the lawsuit.

Due to losing the DA on the case as well as the lack of getting this scheduled, the state has opted to dismiss this case and settle with the defense. The State has offered a settlement of $15k to the defendant for fine and time served.
