The court has ruled that Mr. Doggs will not be allowed to testify in this matter for either the Defense or Prosecution.

I have been made aware that a plea agreement was signed in regards to this case. Closing this as soon as I have been notified that the Defendant has a release date.

@NiaLiviaus Any availability for trial?

Have you seen if he will volunteer to do so? If not you will need a subpoena.
